Rebranding as "The Chrestays"!

On a crisp, blue-sky day at Peyto Lake in Banff, Canada, surrounded by the stillness of the mountains and the breathtaking turquoise water, we said I do. It was a day filled with joy, peace, and gratitude — the perfect reflection of everything we hold close: faith, love, and purposeful living.

Our story began on the very first day of med school. Two strangers, both filled with big dreams, walked into orientation and unknowingly met the person God had chosen for them. From our first lectures together, through long nights of studying during the pre-clinical years, to the incredible learning experiences in the hospital during our clerkships — we’ve walked this entire journey side by side.

Teaming Up in Life and Medicine

Now, as two 4th-year medical students, we’re stepping into marriage with not just a shared love, but a shared mission. We believe that God brought us together not just to build a life, but to serve others through medicine, wellness, and faith. Together, we’ve spent years learning, training, and growing in a field we love — and now, we’re combining our strengths to help others live healthier, stronger, and more intentional lives.

For us, this isn’t just a business, it’s a calling. We want people to know who we are not only as medical professionals, but as individuals who care deeply about the well-being of those around us.
