My Personalized Exercise Planning service is designed to help you build an efficient, sustainable, and effective training routine that actually gets results. Each plan begins with a 30-minute Zoom or phone consultation, where we’ll discuss: Your current workout routine and training habits Your specific fitness goals (strength, performance, physique, endurance, or general wellness) Your training experience and equipment access Any areas you’d like targeted support or guidance Based on this conversation, I’ll design a custom one-month workout plan uniquely built for your goals, skill level, and schedule. Additional support options are available, including: Live video coaching during workouts Form checks by sending me short workout clips Ongoing plan adjustments for progressive improvement This is more than just a workout plan — it’s a personalized training blueprint created to keep you accountable, build confidence, and help you train smarter, not harder. Initial Plan: $125 Follow-Up or Add-On Sessions: Can be discussed during your consultation.
